Testing done:
Played following 4 DVDs with totem-gstreamer and for all of them the menu actually works. It didn't work previously.
1. Toy Story
2. Toy Story 2
3. Monsters Inc.
4. Catch Me If You Can.

So I believe this version will be good to have for working DVD menu
navigation with totem-gstreamer.
