[Bug 330946] [NEW] latitude E6400 lots of features not supported

Public bug reported:

I have a latitude E6400 and plenty of BIOS features are not supported by
libsmbios-bin.

The most important ones are:
- toggle power on cdrom, smartcard, expresscard, mmc/sd reader, firewire, 
- toggle ambient light sensor
- toggle keyboard brightness
- enable/disable battery charging
- fast/normal battery charging
