Thanks, found it mentioned in /usr/share/doc/uqm-content/README.Debian .
It just seems weird to suggest packages that aren't in the system by
default.
However, On my Debian testing desktop, both uqm-voice & uqm-music are available the default repos. Looks like they are both in Lenny, which means the comments in the README might be out-of-date.

And the readme at the alternative Debian repo ( http://uqm.debian.net/README ) says:
This site is deprecated: The packages are in debian non-free now for unstable and testing.
Which means they could be included in Ubuntu in the future.
