The URL that causes browser to freeze is

(DO NOT CLICK THE LINK IF YOU HAVE FIREFOX AND ANY WINDOW/TAB HAS ANYTHING IMPORTANT!)

Attaching strace to the frozen firefox process shows following repeated:
read(66, 0xbf9880a0, 4)                 = -1 EAGAIN (Resource temporarily unavailable)
read(66, 0xbf9880a0, 4)                 = -1 EAGAIN (Resource temporarily unavailable)
read(66, 0xbf9880a0, 4)                 = -1 EAGAIN (Resource temporarily unavailable)
read(66, 0xbf9880a0, 4)                 = -1 EAGAIN (Resource temporarily unavailable)
read(66, 0xbf9880a0, 4)                 = -1 EAGAIN (Resource temporarily unavailable)

Firefox process eats all the CPU it can get (one core).
