I installed jaunty this morning.
I didn't reboot yet to load the new Linux kernel.

I exited Synaptics.

I reloaded Synaptics.
I installed exult and the gimp package related to it.
I exited Synaptics.

I reloaded Synaptics
I desinstalled exult and the gimp package related to it.

The desinstallation generated an error with status 1.
