[Bug 240048] Re: aspell-ro package outdated

I think this problem is solved in Jaunty, the current development
version, future stable release .

In Jaunty the update was made from 0.50-2-3 to 3.1-1.

If we don't need to update to a newer version of aspell, for Hardy and
Intrepid maybe we could create a release 0.50-3.1-1.

Let's see what is the result of bug #214193

If this is just a simple dictionary update I am keen to see this update
also in hardy and intrepid.
