  The package version is 4 (intrepid).
  
  
  If you try to install the package, the download does not succeed because wget finds an index.html instead of the font executable (http://support.wolfram.com/mathematica/systems/windows/general/files/MathFonts_TrueType_41.exe).
  
  The popup synaptic returns says:
  
  E: ttf-mathematica4.1: subprocess post-installation script returned
  error exit status 1
  
  
  Whatsmore, since the installation fails, you are not able to remove the package, nor to reinstall it (unless the link gets fixed/changed to another one), nor to definitely avoid synaptic reminding you have the failing package.
