[Bug 329272] Re: New upstream release including buxfixes

We ship a bz2 source file so i "re-packaged" it to tar.gz.

Also i fixed the control and rules file.  (I dropped a not necessary
dependence, and changed a configure option) (the details are in the
debian/changelog file)

Here is the orig file:
