the duplicate has extra comments, that's not really a bug you can reuse
the dialog to change the level of trust, that's not something which is
really confusing and doing it differently would require redesigning the
dialoge, not really worth the trouble, why do you think it's that much
on an issue to be able to resign a key already signed?
