[Bug 328634] [NEW] In the network manager, edit broadband connection, cannot save the system settings

Binary package hint: tiger

>From Network Manager -> Edit Connections -> Mobile Broadband,  select a
carrier,  and click on Edit or Add,  click on the System setting,  then
click on Okay.   Later go back to the same screen,  the system setting
is not checked.   Not really sure what this feature does,  but it
doesn't seem the setting is saved.
