[Bug 328581] [NEW] Single instancing does not work with windows the launcher did not open

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: netbook-launcher

The launcher can only handle single instancing for application/windows
it launches. If you launch a window from another source (say Alt+F2),
the launcher won't match it to an application and therefore clicking on
the same app in the launcher will launch a new instance.
