[Bug 328479] [NEW] Should depend on python-enchant to fix broken spell checking

Binary package hint: gedit-latex-plugin

Spell checking does not work because it needs python-enchant. It should
either depend on this one or disable ui for spell checking when python-
enchant is not available.
