[Bug 328188] [NEW] please include firmware from ixp4xx-microcode in the linux-firmware package for armel

Binary package hint: ixp4xx-microcode

to make the NSLU2 work, the firmware from ixp4xx-microcode needs to be
included in the linux-firmware package, so that debian-installer udebs
with the needed firmware code can be created for netinstall
installations. this is essential as the NSLU2 is a headless device only
being able to be installed with the netinstall image
