Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: compiz

Today's new compiz appears to have broken the following keyboard
shortcuts, even though they remain visible as configured in "System >
Preferences > Keyboard Shortcuts":

Alt+F1 - show panel main menu
Alt+F2 - show "Run Application" dialog
 Alt+F6 - run a terminal

Other Alt+Fkey combinations still work.
