[Bug 328063] [NEW] CodeLite FTBFS on hppa

Binary package hint: codelite

CodeLite's configure script only adds -fPIC to the compiler flags for
64-bit architectures. While this does not cause build failures on some
x86 architectures, build fails on hppa.
