i am using the same version(0.97.2) in ubuntu 8.10 x64 and the keyboard
stops typing.you have to click outside of the conversation box and then
in again for your keyboard to starts typing again...this procedure takes
part every time someone starts typing to me or when amsn notifies me
about events,like "person" is joining the conversation or "person"
leaves the conversation...I also had the same problem with all the
previous distributions of ubuntu from the 7.04!!there are times that you
have to close the program and then restart it for the keyboard to
function until something changes again!!thank you in advance for
everyone's time reading this and sorry for my bad english...if there is
any way I can help or answer more questions don't hesitate to email
me!!thanx again!!
