[Bug 327432] [NEW] vim-rails conflicts with vim-scripts

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: vim-rails

Ubuntu 8.10 intrepid

Package vim-rails currently conflicts with package vim-scripts, even
though vim-scripts doesn't include the rails plug-in. This conflict
should be removed.

What happens:
'apt-get install vim-rails' tries to remove vim-scripts.

What should happen:
Both should be allowed to be installed at the same time.
