[Bug 327369] [NEW] Lost in action: ability to manage keyrings

While looking at a question posed to the evolution-list on changing the
keyring password, I noticed that seahorse-preferences does not provide
keyring management options:

- creating additional keyrings (well, this one is in seahorse (File/New/Password Keyring, it just does not work)
- changing a keyring passphrase.

Even if password synchronicity is working (i.e., I change my login
password and the default keyring password is automagically changed),
which I have not yet tested, I would still like to be able to create
additional keyrings, or disable integration.
