The above line can make the install/config very messy since it will keep
trying until it does and that can mean that dpkg will run maybe for a
long time, or at least its possible.

Also this isnt flashplugin-nonfree's fault since aptitude work it out
just fine this is more of an APT issue. Please confirm that if i
understand properly.
