[Bug 229502] Re: clicking on icon within Seamonkey takes many clicks before desired result

Please confirm if this bug is still active with latest Ubuntu updates. 
I cannot reproduce this bug on 8.04.2/Hardy 64-bit with Seamonkey 1.1.12/1.1.13. 
Does not responding to mouse command occurs when some particular web page is working
or inside program interface, using mail component etc..?
