[Bug 326690] [NEW] Default resize mode is inconsistent with configuration

Binary package hint: compiz

On a fresh Intrepid installation.

/apps/compiz/plugins/resize/allscreens/options/mode is set to 0, yet
resizing windows shows a blue rectangle. Setting this to some other
value then back to 0 fixes it.
