[Bug 326112] [NEW] Please upgrade libjibx-java to 1.1.6a and move to universe

Binary package hint: libjibx-java

JibX shipped a 1.1.6a release that we need as a dependency for
Eucalyptus (our 1.0.1 is very old).

Nothing reverse depends on it yet so no package should be affected by
the upgrade.

libjibx-java is in multiverse because the current packaging uses Sun's
JDK to build. Using default-jdk instead should allow to move to
universe.
