[Bug 325951] [NEW] window-picker-applet: doesn't work with raise_on_click off

Binary package hint: window-picker-applet

If the metacity gconf key /apps/metacity/general/raise_on_click is
turned off, then window-picker-applet will not raise windows which are
picked by the user.  It does focus them though.  If the gconf key is
turned on, then window-picker-applet works as expected.
