Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: flashblock
Flashblock is available in two versions as you can see one
http://flashblock.mozdev.org/ . Ubuntu does only deliver the older one
that is for Firefox 1.0 to 3.1.x, Mozilla Suite 1.7.x, Seamonkey 1.0a to
2.0a1, Netscape 7 to 9.0, and Flock.
But this one doesn't work that well anymore with the newest firefox, as
you can see on the other bugreports here. Because of that we should have
two packages for flashblock like flashblock-1.5 and flashblock-1.3.
This way we could also have the newer one for for Firefox 1.5 to Firefox
3.1.x (trunk), Netscape Navigator 9, Flock, and Intel Midbrowser beside
keeping support older browsers.
** Affects: flashblock (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
