Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gedit-latex-plugin

actually gedit-latex-plugin requires rubber, and rubber requires texlive packages.
but rubber requires only ultra basic packages.

so if we don't install the meta-package "texlive" we can make only
minimal operation with latex

i suggest that make package "texlive" as recommends of gedit-latex-
plugin
