Don't mention in debian/changelog that you modified both debian/control
and debian/changelog.  You will obviously modify the changelog file.

The version number is also incorrect, it should be: 2.3-1ubuntu1 not
2.3-0ubuntu2.  Adding -0ubuntu2 means that the package does not exist in
Debian and the Ubuntu revision number is 2.  Anyway, we should start
counting from 1 not from 2.
