Thank you for reporting this bug and helping making ubuntu better. Could you please attach the following information as separate attachments:
- /var/log/Xorg.0.log
- /etc/X11/xorg.conf if you have made any changes to this
- the output of `lspci -vvnn` (running `lspci -vvnn >lspci-vvnn.txt` write this to a file)
