[Bug 324161] [NEW] Missing contribs

Binary package hint: trac

After installing trac on a clean Intrepid environment, I went looking
for the usual trac-{pre,post}-commit-hook scripts located as
/usr/share/doc/trac/contrib (which in the past have been provided when
the package has been installed)

$ ls -al /usr/share/doc/trac/contrib
ls: cannot access /usr/share/doc/trac/contrib: No such file or directory

$ ls -al /usr/share/doc/trac/
total 36
