Agreed with comment #1.  A multi-player game that works over the
internet still belongs in Games, not Internet.  Many music clients are
able to take URLs for playlists or mp3 streams yet they're in Sound not
Internet.  Inkscape is able to load SVG files over the internet, yet is
in Graphics.  I think the generalization to make is that the "primary
purpose" of the tool overrides the underlying transmission protocol used
for its data.  Miro's primary purpose is for playing video (and sound)
files which could come from the internet, but could also come from files
on the computer.  So I think its current placement in the menu is
appropriate.
