[Bug 501630] [NEW] qct not able to perform operations on displayed files

I'm using qct with svn. The modified files are displayed but neither the
diff to head is shown nor operations like commit, revert etc. is
working.

It appears that the output of "svn status" returns a list with 8
characters before the file name:

M       Proxy/CMakeLists.txt

/usr/share/pyshared/qctlib/vcs/svn.py line 97 assumes that the name begins at position 7.
As a result the filename would be ' Proxy/CMakeLists.txt' instead 'Proxy/CMakeLists.txt'.

Replacing the  7 with an 8 in line 97 fixes this for me.
