It needs seamonkey-dom-inspector (which depends on seamonkey-browser),
not Firefox/Iceweasel... or did you mean something else?

Anyway, mozilla-dom-inspector package seems broken:

$ sudo apt-get install mozilla-dom-inspector

  mozilla-dom-inspector: Depends: seamonkey-dom-inspector but it is not going to be installed

mozilla-dom-inspector and seamonkey-dom-inspector cannot be installed
together:
