[Bug 501214] [NEW] I think I have a bug

Public bug reported:

"I think I have a bug .. the computer became to slow and sometime get
frozen.. also I can not play videos on youtube.. what can I do? advise?"
for Ubuntu ,  on windows I used to go back on time and reset everything
How can I do it here in ubuntu? or how can I erase everything and load
it again ? to get rid of the bug? if theres someone?
