[Bug 499624] [NEW] [regression] xchat menu entry missing

Expected behaviour:  xchat is displayed under Applications | Internet
Actual behaviour: xchat isn't listed anywhere in the menu, and must be run by typing "xchat" into the run application prompt or a terminal window.
