  * debian/control
    - Add 'default-jdk | java2-compiler' as build dependency. Remove kaffe.
    - Move debhelper and cdbs from Build-Depends-Indep to Build-Depends.
    - Add 'default-jre | java2-runtime' as runtime dependency. Remove kaffe.
    - Remove home page url from description and add 'Homepage' field.
    - Updated standards version to 3.8.0. No change needed.
  * debian/rules
    - Change JAVA_HOME to appropriate value for default-jdk.
    - Add ant arguments to compiler for target JVM 1.4.

The changes in Debian can be safely incorporated into Ubuntu as it
introduces  java1-runtime and java2-runtime which fix the bug #546902
(Debian Bug Tracker). The Debian Testing package also builds fine in a
lucid chroot:

dpkg-deb: building package `libcommons-launcher-java' in `../libcommons-launcher-java_1.1-5_all.deb'.
 dpkg-genchanges  >../libcommons-launcher-java_1.1-5_i386.changes
dpkg-genchanges: not including original source code in upload
dpkg-buildpackage: binary and diff upload (original source NOT included)
