[Bug 499092] [NEW] libsundials_nvecserial.la contains wrong line

The line

# Directory that this library needs to be installed in:
libdir='/build/buildd/sundials-2.3.0/debian/tmp/usr/lib'

is obviously wrong - it took me 4 hours to figure out where libtool came
up with this path (in a library that depended on a library that depended
on sundials *grrr*).

Fixing this should only require one rebuild.
