[Bug 499039] [NEW] "apt-file update" doesn't fully respect pressing Control-C

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: apt-file

Start running "apt-file update", before it finishes, press Control-C,
which is the standard way to stop a programme. apt-file will stop
downloading from that repository, but it then will continue downloading
from the next one on the list. It should just stop completly
