[Bug 499000] [NEW] Please include fixes for several regressions from fslint svn (or update fslint package to 2.41)

Binary package hint: fslint

fslint 2.40 package from Ubuntu Lucid/Karmic introduced several
regressions:

* FSlint GUI doesn't start if the user's locale is not supported by the system.
* Warning about missing paths appers when adding wildcard paths to the exclude list.
* finded produces incorrect results when passed parameters with a trailing /.
* finded produces incorrect results when passed empty branches as parameters.

Please include fixes for these regressions from fslint svn or update
fslint package to 2.41 version.
