[Bug 498921] [NEW] avelsieve can't connect dovecotes managesieve

Binary package hint: avelsieve

Authenfication methods reported by the managesieve server are converted
lower case by avelsieve. The allowed authentification methods are stored
upper case. It's necessary to convert allowed authentification methods
lower case as well. Change line 538 in
/usr/share/squirrelmail/plugins/avelsieve/include/managesieve.lib.php
and add strtolower() to get avelsieve working with dovecot.
