Command:

sudo polkit-auth --user dundee --grant
'org.freedesktop.consolekit.system.stop-multiple-users'

doesn't work for me.

Patch (in attachment) of
/usr/share/polkit-1/actions/org.freedesktop.consolekit.policy solves
this issue partially. It should be solved better via fix of the
detection of logged users. Now it detects multiple users while only one
user is logged.
