Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: quickly

The project_path_not_found exception is thrown when the data path is not
found for a quickly project. Unfortunately, this does not include any
data about the path it was attempting to search for, which can make
debugging a deployed instance slightly more difficult. I've appended a
patch that changes this exception so that the path is printed out
