[Bug 497584] [NEW] Include modplug support in mpd

Support for playing module files (through libmikmod) was removed a while
back for security reasons.

Starting with version 0.15 of mpd it's possible to play module files by
using the modplug library, instead of the insecure libmikmod, but the
functionality is disabled by default. It would be nice if libmodplug
support was included in ubuntu's mpd package to enable module file
support once again.

To enable modplug support the following is needed:
Build-Depends += libmodplug-dev
and
DEB_CONFIGURE_USER_FLAGS += --enable-modplug
