Binary package hint: fldigi
I have tested the above with 2 builds of Ubuntu 9.10 and 2 builds of Ubuntu 9.04.
The problem does not occur with 9.04.
The CPU usage will be in the 90-90 percent range on 9.10 and around 15 percent on 9.04.
