Been a while since the last post, but I thought I'd chime in and say
this problem still exists. I had this problem on my old install of
Ubuntu 9.04 and my fresh one of 9.10 from only a few weeks ago. Jim's
solution also worked for me. Obviously the system was defaulting to the
hidden entry for some reason. I don't use project files so it doesn't
matter to me also if I lose that capability. I just need it working.
