[Bug 497123] [NEW] lua-gtk not built entirely with clutter >= 0.9

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: liblua5.1-gnome-0

liblua5.1-gnome-0 which is built from the lua-gtk source package is
incomplete, because the build fails during compilation of the clutter
module.

The problem is "src/clutter/lua.spec" looking for "clutter-cairo.h",
which no longer seems to exist in newer versions of clutter.

I've added an updated clutter-1.0.dpatch that fixes the problem for me.
