[Bug 496927] [NEW] == operator is not working for date datatype

Binary package hint: openerp-client

<tree string="New Leads Tree" colors="red:date_deadline<current_date
and state=='open';green:state=='draft';gray:state=='done';blue:state in
['cancel','pending']">

In this instead of comparing for less than equal to I want to compare if
date_deadline is equal to current_date but the == operator or &eq is not
working here.

and i would also like to generate a pop up when the deadline date is
today's date.
