Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: drscheme
I searched for DrScheme in the Ubuntu Software Center (in the
programming category). I am aware you can: sudo aptitude install
drscheme but I thought if I got it from the Ubuntu Software Center it
might include it in the applications menu with an icon (which it does
not when installed with aptitude - which may also be a bug?). But
DrScheme was not there.
If DrScheme was simply not there, that would perhaps not be surprising
enough to file a bug report. However, *DrPython* was there. DrPython is
using the DrScheme logo with a crude Python drawn over the top of it.
Including DrPython but not DrScheme is insulting.
DrScheme should be included in the Ubuntu Software Center and once
installed it should show up in the applications menu with an icon.
