Hi Gersten,
I don't know the answer to 'Are you using the installed menu entry to launch Prism Google Mail?'

However, I will try and guess. Most likely, no, I am not using the
installed menu entry to launch Prism Google Mail because I wanted the
latest version of Firefox so I got Shiretoko.

A recent upgrade of Shiretoko broke Google Mail (Gmail) in prism.
