Hi, guys girls,

I like to report the following bug in:
  Ubuntu Ubuntu 9.04 - the Jaunty Jackalope - released in April 2009
  Kernel Linux 2.6.28.17-generic
  GNOME 2.26.1 - build date 05/06/2009

The following started to happen after a dist-upgrade from 9.04 to 9.10.
Every time i wont to update/upgrade or install other packages i get the E; message:

Sorry , the package "interchange-cat-standard" failed to install or
uogade

kermic

Could not install the upgrades

The upgrade is now aborted. A recovery will run now {dkkg --configure
-a}.

karmic

Upgrade complete

The upgrade is completed but there were errors during the upgrade
process.

So i can't do no upgrades nor install other packages.

I hope that this information is sufficient to fix the bug
