[Bug 495950] [NEW] not receiving messages

Binary package hint: emesene

my sister uses MSN on Windows XP, sometimes she will send me a message
and I won't receive it, she phones me to say she's been sending me
messages and I've not received any, I have to send her a message then
she can send me messages, but if we dont talk for a while (emesene) I
can't send her messages, the messages get bounced back to me, she has to
send me a message first before I can talk again to her
