Hi Fabrice,
There is no complete fix for that now, yes. My fix is better than the current version, but with the regression that you cannot unload or reload aiccu via the normal "service aiccu stop/restart". A fix for that would be https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/aiccu/+bug/223825/comments/1, but I'm not sure if this is within the guidlines of ubuntu (running a service ONLY within /etc/networks/if-up.d/ ). If this is, I would commit a patch based on that, and put it again on u-u-s.
